Why?

I wanted to try out the Notion API since I haven’t used it before. With that, I thought why not create sites with this? So I decided to create multiple templates and call it project ‣.

Pre-requisites

• Notion Account for the database
• GitHub Account for the code
• Vercel Account for deployment (alternatively, you can also use other deployment options).

How to use

1. Create a Notion Integration with Read Content only access.

   • Under your notion integration, copy the Internal Integration Token. We will need that later on Step #5

1. Duplicate

   

2. Get the database_id by extracting it from the browser URL of your newly duplicated notion page (refer to step 2). The format of the URL is https://www.notion.so/your-workspace-name/database_id. See a guide here.

   

3. Share the database page on step #2 to your newly created Notion Integration in step #1
